FAQ

Common questions

We've answered the questions we hear most from new patients. If yours isn't here, just ask — we love hearing from you.

Still have questions? Give us a call — we're happy to chat.

What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We understand life happens — just give us a call or use our online system to adjust your appointment. Repeated no-shows may result in a booking fee.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
For most visits, just come as you are. If you're getting injectable treatments, avoid blood thinners (aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E) for 24-48 hours before your appointment and skip alcohol the night before. A clean face is helpful but not required — we can remove makeup here.
What should I wear?
Whatever you're comfortable in. There's no dress code. For facial treatments, you may want to skip heavy makeup since we'll be working on your face. For body treatments or weight loss check-ins, comfortable clothing works great.
Can I bring a friend or family member?
Of course! Many first-time patients bring a friend or their partner for moral support. They're welcome to sit in during your consultation. Whatever makes you feel most comfortable.
Do you accept insurance?
Aesthetic treatments are not covered by insurance. However, we offer transparent pricing and flexible payment options to make treatments accessible. We'll always discuss costs upfront so there are no surprises.
Is there an age requirement?
Patients must be 18 or older for aesthetic treatments. For weight loss consultations, we assess on a case-by-case basis. If you have questions about whether a treatment is appropriate, just ask — we're happy to discuss.
What if I'm nervous?
That's completely normal and nothing to be embarrassed about. Lyndsay works with first-time patients all the time and she's great at putting you at ease. Just let her know you're feeling nervous — she'll take extra time to explain everything and make sure you're comfortable before starting anything.

We can't wait to meet you
